The HAMMER training station is a professional-level rack for barbell and body weight training. With the HAMMER Core 4.0, you have the opportunity to combine intensive barbell training with functional body weight exercises for you to get the most out of every workout session. Extensive and versatile setting options leave nothing to be desired and you can individually adapt your training to your own training goals.

The Core 4.0 training station from HAMMER encompasses training without limits and offers you all you need for successful full-body training. Barbell training is the basis for your training success in terms of muscle growth and increasing strength. The most important exercises include bench presses, squats, deadlifts and the barbell shoulder press.

You're also able to do bodyweight training with the barbell rack. Training with your own body weight is one of the most natural ways to increase your strength, stamina and co-ordination. With the help of the inbuilt pull-up and adjustable dip bars, you can perform a great many exercises such as, e.g. pull-ups (in different grip positions), dips or leg raises.

Moreover, the rack has so-called landmines with which you can perform a variety of key exercises to strengthen, in particular, your core stability and to develop your athleticism. There are also 6 holders for training with resistance bands and the training equipment can be ideally stowed away with assistance from the barbell holders (at 30mm and 50mm).
