The Force USA Multi-Gym G1 All-In-One Trainer offers you everything you need for the most important barbell and cable machine exercises and is compatible with an extensive array of attachment options for even more workout variety. The cable machine operates with a 2:1 pulley ratio and can be loaded with either 30-mm or 50-mm plates weighing up to 160 kg so even experienced lifters can push themselves to their limits. The included landmine attachment allows you to perform various core training exercises such as T-bar rows or landmine presses when you insert the end of a barbell. The multi-grip pull-up bar also gives users additional bodyweight training options.

Sehr stabile Kraftstation

Lieferung: Die Ware war sehr gut verpackt und ohne Transportschäden angeliefert worden. Vollständigkeit: Alle Positionen waren komplett vorhanden. Aufbau: Der Aufbau hat ca. 3Std gedauert (ein Person). Alle Teile und Baugruppen waren in der Aufbauanleitung verständlich beschrieben. Ich denke, auch ohne mechanische Vorkenntnisse ist der Aufbau leicht zu bewerkstelligen. Auf einem Fliesenboden würde ich zur Schonung Filzplatten oder ähnliches unterlegen. Die Rollen laufen leise und haben stabile angeschweißte Aufnahmen, das gibt Vertrauen in die Langlebigkeit und Sicherheit der Konstruktion. Das System ist vorzugsweise für Scheiben mit einem Lochdurchmesser von 50mm ausgelegt. Sollte man noch Scheiben mit einem Lochdurchmesser von 30mm besitzen, kann man diese für das Zugsystem verwenden. Hierzu müssen nur die Adapterhülsen entfernt werden. Die Aufnahmerohre haben dann einen Außendurchmesser von ca. 25mm. Das gleiche gilt auch für die seitlichen Beladevorrichtungen am Rahmen. Training: Nach ca. 4monatigen Training funktioniert das System tadellos. Für das Heimtraining ist das Gerät aus meiner Sicht völlig ausreichend. Es hat genügend Übungsmöglichkeiten und kann darüber hinaus auch noch erweitert werden. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Gerät für das Heimtraining. Ich würde das Gerät wieder kaufen.... [Read more]

Die Kraftstation ist sehr stabil und war ohne große Probleme aufzubauen. Ich verwende Scheiben mit 30mm Bohrungen, alles perfekt. Sogar in die zusätzliche Landmine-Aufnahme passt eine 30mm Langhantelstange, leider ist das T-Bar nur für eine 50mm Langhantelstange. (Aber dafür gibt es ja Adapter zu kaufen). Alles in allem eine gute Anschaffung für uns.
