Kettler multi-gym Fitmaster – The perfect multi-gym for beginners
The Kettler Fitmaster is the ideal multi-gym for those just getting into strength training. The compact home gym can provide a versatile intense workout for your entire body to help you reach your personal fitness goals.The cable machine provides resistance for the lat pulldown, an attachment point in the leg curl/extension module for use with an ankle strap or short bar, e.g. for bicep curls, and combination pec deck & chest press arms that can also be adjusted to perform seated rows. The 60-kg weight stack can be adjusted in 5-kg increments to find the right level of resistance per exercise to provide any user an effective and varied workout.
The seat is adjustable in height, and the back rest is divided into three segments with an adjustably protruding middle section to provide distance for seated rows. Furthermore, the Fitmaster multi-gym from Kettler is only 2 metres in height, so it can be used in nearly any small room. The multi-gym includes a long lat bar, a short bicep/tricep bar and ankle/arm strap, and additional straps and handles can also be attached.

Der Aufbau war problemlos. Man braucht mindestens zwei drei Stunden dafür. Die Qualität ist gut- kann man nur empfehlen.

So ein Fitnessturm in den eigenen vier Wänden macht das Training leichter,weil jederzeit trainiert werden kann - 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr!

Aufbau mit Zeitaufwand verbunden (alleine ca. 4 Stunden), eigenes Werkzeug ist m.E. auf jeden Fall nötig. Aber danach fängt der Spaß an. Die Übungsvielfalt ist groß, ich kenne nun trotz regelmäßigen Sporttreibens Muskeln, die ich dachte nie zu haben ;-)
Fazit: Wenig Platzbedarf, große Übungsvielfalt, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, steht stabil, gute Qualität/Verarbeitung.
