Good sleep is the basis for improving your energy, health and performance. The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor delivers detailed insights into your sleep quality. The lightweight and breathable arm band is worn on the upper arm and measures your sleep phases, your sleep score and data related to recovery like heart rate variability (HRV). This lets you see how restful your sleep was and what this influences. The pulse oximeter sensors record changes in your breathing pattern while you sleep and provide additional health data. Another feature of the sleep tracker is the smart alarm which recognises light sleep phases within a set time window. It uses gentle vibrations to wake you so you feel more refreshed.Data synchronisation and analysis
