With two separate stations, two people can train at the same time. The M5 is ideal for both experienced athletes and beginners. To help you get started, there are two integrated exercise charts showing different exercises. With two independant 96 kg weight stacks, this multi-gym is ideal for serious strength athletes looking to build muscle. Thanks to its high-quality materials, the multi-gym is also suitable for use in sports clubs and hotels.

Two stations with versatile adjustment options

The Inspire Multi-Gym M5 offers versatile strength training at two stations. The cable pulley station offers three height settings for bicep curls, rowing and lat pulldowns. The height-adjustable curl pad enables you to perform preacher curls, isolating your biceps for targeted training. It can also be used as a leg pad to secure your legs during rowing and lat pulldowns, optimising your back training. Thanks to the curl pad's unique adjustment options, you can even perform hyperextensions.

The second station features a press arm and a leg extension and leg curl. The backrest for the press arm can be adjusted to target every muscle in the chest. The free motion handles, which are attached to the press arm, allow you to switch between fixed and free motion chest presses and butterfly exercises. Thanks to its adjustable settings, the press arm can be converted into a shoulder press. For this, the press arm and seat height can be adjusted to provide optimum comfort. These adjustment options even allow you to perform guided rowing exercises, adding variety to your back training.

There is also a free-motion cable between the two stations. This can be used for functional exercises such as side raises. Thanks to the integrated calf block, you can perform calf raises using the lower pulley for a well-rounded leg workout.
