The conveniently large tread surfaces are a comfortable 6 cm apart to promote natural and joint-friendly mobility, and the low step-up height of 25 cm makes mounting the machine easy. The round motion with a 48-cm stride length remains smooth and concentric over long workout sessions.
The training computer includes 12 different exercise programmes – from a simple quickstart or target-value setting (time, distance, calories) to interval profiles and a heart-rate programme. The LCD screen clearly displays all important data: distance, calories burned and heart rate. The contact heart rate sensors in the handles can measure your pulse, or you can use an optional chest strap for more precise heart rate monitoring.
