A portion of the surface folds up for use as an incline bench. The angle adjustment for the backrest is stepless and convenient: simply pull the top lever upwards, and a piston raises the backrest. Then lean forward or back and release the lever once you’ve found the desired angle for your exercise. Also under the foldable backrest on either side of the piston are two, long storage spaces – handy for storing resistance bands, a cleaning spray and small towel etc. If you extend the legs on only one side, the bench can also be used in a negative angle for decline bench presses, flyes or sit-ups.

Optimal fürs Training in der Wohnung

Das Board ist fast schon ein muss für jeden der vor hat mit Widerstandsbänder zu hause zu trainieren, da er wenig Platz hat. Die Bänder lassen sich dabei wunderbar im Board verstauen (was sehr praktisch ist) und die Füße lassen sich auch einklappen. Zusätzlich kann das Board auch als klassische Trainingsbank für z.B. Kurzhantel-Training verwendet werden.
