The sturdy steel construction is easy to retrofit onto the frame of an existing Flexicon tower. Multiple grip options allow you to target different areas of the back, arms and core muscle, and the addition of a middle C-ring makes it easy to attach a band to assist you while you progress towards unaided or even loaded pull ups.
