With the Stages cycling console, you can measure your training data such as maximum, averageand ride total values, with the following being measured: kilojoules (work), kilocalories, wattage, cadence, speed, heart rate (when a chest strap is worn), time and distance. You can analyse your performance when you've finished working out. You can see where you're reaching top performance or in which areas to improve.
