Thanks to the versatile elements of the BenchK 733 wall bars set, you can freely design you mini multi-gym and adapt it with simple grips.
The mobile pull-up bar provides three grip options for versatile bodyweight training for the abdomen, back and arms. Experienced athletes are provided with diverse training and beginners can dip their toes in the water with some demanding variations, like pull-ups or leg lifts.
