Man darf sich das absolut nicht wie eine entspannte Massage vorstellen, denn die kleinen Noppen stechen anfangs schon ordentlich. Nach ein paar Sekunden wird die Haut aber sofort total rot und warm, weil die Durchblutung extrem angekurbelt wird. Gerade nach dem Laufen fühlen sich die Beine danach echt viel lockerer an.Wer sehr empfindliche Haut hat, wird das Teil am Anfang aber wahrscheinlich hassen. Knapp 35 Euro sind für einen kleinen Roller natürlich auch ein stolzer Preis, aber um die Faszien mal ganz anders zu triggern, hat sich der Kauf für mich gelohnt.... [Lue lisää]
