The Inspire BL1 Body Lift Multi-Gym is a unique home gym that boasts a bodyweight resistance system. You can train with between 10% and 150% of your own body weight - the level of difficulty increasing as you progress!

The Body Lift features a user-friendly, one-handed resistance adjustment system. Simply operate the lever under the seat to adjust the resistance; it is easy to reach even when seated. The seat and backrest can also be easily and ergonomically adjusted. This allows you to customise the exercises according to your body measurements with even greater precision, positively affecting your range of motion and training progress.

A clever design for comprehensive training

The Inspire BL1 Body Lift Multi-Gym works with a clever cable-operated lifting system. It is operated using two cable pulls at the top and bottom of the machine, as well as a lever. The cable pulls can be used for exercises such as lat pulldowns, tricep presses, curls and upright rowing, among others. Depending on the exercise you can adjust the seat or set the step plate. The lower cable pull also accommodates leg training on the leg curl and extension station.

The press armscan be adjusted to several different positions to train the entire upper body. Exercises include seated rowing, chest presses in various forms and shoulder presses. Thanks to the straps, the press arms can also be used for butterfly and free chest presses.

Bonjour, C'est ma troisième commande chez FITSHOP et je n'ai jamais été déçu. De la commande à la livraison, tout c'est bien passé. Je me suis orienté sur ce modèle car il est compact, sans charges guidées et donc bien plus léger. Idéal pour une installation dans un petit appartement. La livraison se compose de 1 colis(67kg) de 133x106x25cm sur palette bois et 1 colis(40kg) de 138x36x18cm. La notice d'instruction (en anglais) permet un assemblage facile. L' ensemble des pièces sont de bonne qualité et bien finies. J'ai dû cependant résoudre un problème de montage entre les pièces 14 et 18 (voir étape 10 page 13) car une des deux bagues épaulées de la pièce 18 n'était pas complètement emmanchée. Sans notion de mécanique le montage se serait arrêter à cette étape. L'utilisation de la machine est agréable, silencieuse. L'inclinaison du dossier et la hauteur du siège sont réglables mais pas la position des "boudins". Je l'ai acheté pour mon fils qui mesure 1.80m. Dommage qu'elle n'est pas livrée avec une corde à triceps pour compléter les accessoires fournis.... [Lue lisää]

Ich bin mit dem BL1 Bodylift rundum zufrieden! Die Lieferung erfolgte erstaunlich schnell (innerhalb von drei Tagen), und das Produkt war sicher und gut verpackt. Der Aufbau war problemlos alleine zu bewältigen, und als gelernter Konstrukteur kann ich die Qualität der Konstruktion nur unterstreichen. Die hochwertigen Materialien und die stabilen Verschraubungen (M16 an den zentralen Elementen!) sorgen für eine aussergewöhnliche Stabilität und Langlebigkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hochwertigen Rollen und Lager sowie die ergonomischen Griffe und Züge, die sich sehr gut greifen lassen. Das Training mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht ist nicht nur effizient, sondern spart auch Platz und erfordert keine zusätzlichen Gewichte. Ein brillantes Ingenieurskonzept, das durch die Hebelmechanik eine Widerstandsbandbreite von 10 % bis 150 % des eigenen Körpergewichts bietet. Das bedeutet, dass ein Sportler mit 84 kg bis 126 kg Widerstand nutzen kann – vollkommen ausreichend für effektives Krafttraining mit einer Wiederholungszahl von 10–15. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Es gibt keine losen Gewichtsscheiben, die umständlich auf- und abgeladen werden müssen. Zudem entfällt das laute Klirren einer herkömmlichen Gewichtsstation. Das Training mit dem BL1 Bodylift sorgt für eine gleichmäßige konzentrische und exzentrische Belastung – ein entscheidender Faktor für maximale Hypertrophie. Andere Geräte die mit elastischen Bändern arbeiten, können diesen Vorteil nicht bieten, da deren Widerstand sich bei der exzentrischen Bewegung reduziert und somit weniger effektiven Muskelaufbau fördert. Fazit: Der BL1 Bodylift ist ein hervorragend konstruiertes Trainingsgerät, das durch hohe Qualität, effektives Widerstandsmanagement und platzsparendes Design überzeugt. Es bietet eine echte Alternative zu herkömmlichen Kraftstationen und ist ideal für alle, die mit ihrem eigenen Körpergewicht ein hochintensives Training absolvieren wollen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei dem Preis hätte ich erwartet, dass zusätzliche Zubehörteile wie Griffe, Fußmanschetten und ein Bauchmuskel-Rollenaufsatz im Lieferumfang enthalten sind.
