The reclining position takes the load off your back and joints to help you complete longer workout sessions more comfortably. A sturdy frame with wide feet makes the bike feel especially stable feeling of security while also promising a longer useful life of the machine compared to most upright bikes. The clear layout of the console and easy-to-read LCD screen mean you can see your workout data at a glance even in rooms with poor lighting thanks to its backlit display.

Precise controls to make your success more achievable

The motorised magnetic braking system with 32 resistance levels allow users to make fine adjustments to the workout intensity. In watt mode, the bike adjusts the resistance to keep the rider’s overall power output at a constant level independent of how fast they’re pedalling – ideal for controlled cardio exercise and to improve one’s health. Alternatively, the resistance can be set to manual where the power output increases with a faster cadence for a more dynamic training experience.

Aside from the pre-installed resistance profile programmes, there are two heart rate controlled programmes, target value countdowns for time, distance and calories, two memory slots for user-defined programmes and a simple quickstart option. Users can monitor their heart rate by using either the hand-contact sensors built into the handles or with an optional chest strap.
