Polar OH1 Pulse Sensor

The Polar OH1 Pulse Sensor is an optical pulse sensor on an elastic armband that offers an alternative to a chest strap. The OH1 is compatible with all Bluetooth sport watches, fitness trackers and bike computers from Polar.

With help from 6 LED high quality optical sensors, it measures your pulse directly from your upper arm or forearm and guaranties flexible and easy usage. The Polar OH1 Pulse Sensor total weight is only 26g!
The optical pulse readings make it possible to find out how hard your body was working during training and also how your training should be changed to better reach your goals. The light and adjustable textile armband lets the OH1 sit comfortably on your arm and the button on the side of the sensor, which starts the training mode, is easy to reach. Also on the side is a LED which gives you the status of the sensor (e.g. Battery level). The Battery life of the Polar OH1 Pulse Sensor is up to 12 hours.

The integrated memory enables you to use the OH1 without any additional devices and can record up to 200 training hours which can be transferred at a later time. Your training data is transferred via Bluetooth to a smartphone or sports watch and can then be analysed through the Polar app. Along with Polar Beat, Flow or Club app the following apps are compatible: Endomondo, Cyclemeter, MampmyRun, Runmeter, Strava, Wahoo Fitness, Wahoo Runfit, Fit Trip, Runtastic and Apple Health.
