Stabil und guter Griff

Ich habe mir diese Langhantelstange vor kurzem erworben und sie ist top. Ich benutze sich für Squats (mit Rack), Bankdrücken (mit Hantelbank), in Kombi mit der Landmine, für Bizep-Curls und noch ein paar andere Übungen und bin vollkommen zufrieden. Sie liegt gut in den Händen und auch mit einer schweren Beladung macht sie einen super stabilen Eindruck.

This is a great starter barbell. Nothing fancy, but it will do what you want. Construction feels solid, and the ends rotate smoothly. I would definitely recommend getting a 50mm barbell to ensure compatibility with most major weight lines.
