Solid multi-gym in a classic black design

The Hammer multi-gym Autark 600 provides a good entry point at a low cost for people getting into home strength training. Perform a multitude of exercises on the compact multi-gym including seated leg extensions and standing leg curls, lat pulldowns and chest flyes. The cables allow you to add variations with more freedom of movement. The multi-gym comes with a tricep rope, lat bar, ankle strap and two single-hand handles.

Perfect for small rooms

The Hammer multi-gym Autark 600 features an especially space-saving design. With a height of only 200 cm, it can fit in most rooms with low ceilings. Fortunately, the 80-kg weight stack means the machine is not only suitable for beginners but also for people with weightlifting experience who train regularly. The steel-tube frame is 4-mm thick and provides excellent stability. All pulleys include bearings for smooth steady cable movements.

Solid option for home training

I have been using this machine for about a year now. Nothing to complain about delivery, assembly was fine. It really helped that the parts you need for each step of assembly are separately packed. The wrench that comes with the machine is the weakest link and I recommend to use your own wrench instead. Pros: + Very sturdy, good quality and looks great + Good options for exercise variety + 80 kg weight is enough for most excercises for home users + Cables are quite silent thanks for silicone coating, though there's still some noise caused by the weight stack Cons: - The cable length is little bit short for some excercises. This only affects some excercises that are performed when standing. - I had very hard time performing the pec deck excercise using the padded parts on the sides because the chest press machine is not locked and will instead move around. This con is mostly negated as you can perform the butterfly press with straps instead and it is superior excercise anyway.... [Lue lisää]

Pretty nicely built, ok quality product for its price range. Weights are built in synthetic covers and all the wiring has a synthetic covering so the equipment is also quiet and smooth to use. Some issues with assembly instructions but with a careful reading and part comparing assembly goes pretty fluently. However, prepare to spend 6-8 hours for the process from unpacking the parts to assembling the equipment into ready-to-use. Also, a set of suitable tools for the assembly is recommended because the bolting/screwing tools that come with the product are a bit weaker quality and cumbersome and may even cause some minor damage to the bolts in the product. Bolt tightening must be considered wisely through the assembly process since the assembly guide does not provide any hints about this. This product gives you a decent possibility to process your upper body muscles and some limited programs to your legs. 80 kg weights are definitely adequate for most home users. Die Bestellung und der Versand der Kraftstation verliefen reibungslos. Aufgestellt wurde die Station mittels Videoanleitung und war in dem angegebenen Zeitraum möglich. Die Kraftstation selbst ist robust und entspricht voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.

Kraftstation ist vielseitig einsetzbar und durch geringen Platzbedarf und geringe Höhe auch für den Keller geeignet. Der Aufbau war einfach. Die Gewichtseinstellung geht schnell und ist nach oben völlig ausreichend. Allerdings fängt sie erst bei 10 Kg an. Ich fände für manche Übungen 5 oder 7,5 Kg ausreichend. Der Umbau für verschiedene Übungen ist ebenfalls einfach. Die unterschiedlichen Griffe sind völlig ausreichend. Eine Schwachstelle ist, dass das Seil beim Rudern (vor dem Gerät am Boden sitzend) leicht aus der Rolle springt und sich dann zwischen Rolle und Halterung verklemmen kann.... [Lue lisää]

Klasse Station für den Heimgebrauch. Lieferung super verpackt und die Schrauben nach Step`s sortiert. Station was eigentlich der Name schon sagt sehr Stabil und leise.
