The Back Support Bar can be permanently attached to the press arm to provide stable counterpressure, which is particularly useful for free-standing cable exercises such as cable crossovers, chest presses or one-arm rows. It enables a controlled execution of exercises – especially with heavier weights or one-sided exercises – and promotes better posture.
