The BodyCraft MFT Multi Functional Trainer is a true all-rounder for the home fitness area. It combines the functions of a classic seated multi-gym with a modern cable machine system – all in just 2 m² of floor space. Perform a full-body workout with hundreds of exercise options. From lat pulldowns, rows and chest exercises to functional workouts, core training and leg exercises: the MFT can do nearly anything to train any part of the body. For maximum effectiveness, a leg press add-on is sold separately that provides 2.5x the normal resistance of the weight stack.Well-equipped for intense workouts
The MFT houses a quality weight stack of 90 kg (200 lbs), that can be adjusted in 4.5-kg increments. The pulley ratio differs depending on the station: 1:1 for lat pulldown, press arms, low row and leg extension and 2:1 for each height-adjustable cable-crossover pulley. This lets you use an appropriate amount of weight for each exercise. A special highlight is the adjustable press arm that can switch between chest, shoulder, and row exercises – ideal for smooth transitions for super sets without wasting time on complicated setups.Comfortable adjustments options and high-quality craftsmanship
The BodyCraft MFT Multi Functional Trainer offers a number of ergonomic exercise positions. The backrest has 7 settings, the seat has 4 settings and can easily be removed depending on the exercise – perfect for switching between leg exercises and rows. An easily attachable back support can help brace you when performing standing functional movements like crossovers, chest presses or rotation exercises. Premium materials like the 50 × 75-mm oval- profile steel tubes, chrome-plated guide rails and double-stitched cushions with 5.5-cm thick foam padding ensure a sturdy and comfortable training environment. Als ich mich für die BodyCraft MFT entschied, war ich auf der Suche nach einem kompakten aber leistungsfähigen Home‑Gym. Und genau das habe ich gefunden. Die Station bietet unglaublich viele Übungsmöglichkeiten – von Latziehen und Rudern über Brustpressen bis hin zu Kern- und Functional-Training, alles auf nur etwa 2 m²!
