With the Kettler Variobell Barbell Bar and the weight plates from the Kettler Variobell Adjustable Dumbbells, you can easily perform barbell exercises. Enjoy convenient, quick weight changes using the same simple and secure locking mechanism featured on the Variobell dumbbells.
With the plates from two Variobell dumbbells, the barbell can be loaded to a maximum training weight of 48 kg. You can also use the light-grey 1-kg weight plates from the dumbbells to progress in smaller increments and avoid getting stuck on a plateau in your training.
