Example exercises

The Vario 100 is great for performing a variety of exercises. If set to an incline, the lifter can stand over the bench and perform preacher curls using the bench to support their arms at an optimal angle to work the biceps. Setting the bench to a decline position makes crunches and sit-ups more intense for effective ab exercises.
