The Nike Soft Plyo Box allows for varied training and exercises with a very special design that is reminiscent of the iconic Nike shoebox – just much larger and stronger.By simply turning it on its side, you can change the height of the plyo box to successively increase the challenge, adjust the box to your specific exercise and fitness level and save space on multiple boxes.
Soft shell, hard core – safe and stable
The Nike Soft Plyo Box possesses a wooden core that serves as a firm platform and remains steadfast after many jumps. The wooden core is covered in a thick foam padding to protect your shins from scrapes in case a jump is less than successful. Nevertheless, the foam shell retains its form over the long term even after intense use. The cover is made of hard-wearing, structured nylon that offers maximum grip.
