More than just an accessory

The Force USA weight bench MyBench FID is more than a simple weight bench. With the leg and bicep attachments, it goes from being an essential accessory to the star of your workout. With the biceps desk you can isolate your biceps and achieve an even stronger pump with the so-called preacher curls. You will always sit comfortably on the comfortable cushion of the bench and can concentrate fully on your training. The leg biceps also get their money's worth with the Force USA weight bench MyBench FID - replace the accessory with a simple hand movement and train with the leg flexor. You can also train your quadriceps with the leg extension and the bench with leg attachment is also ideal for abdominal training.

Versatile and robust

Even without the accessory, the Force USA weight bench MyBench FID shines thanks to its numerous adjustment angles and robust stand. With the easy-to-adjust angles, you can train sitting upright or at a negative angle - and everything in between. Thanks to the wide base and solid steel construction, the bench is very robust. After training, you can simply lift the Force USA weight bench MyBench FID by the handle and move it using the transport rollers.

Good value bench with leg extension/curl and preacher curl attachments

First the good: + It is combination of robust enough to withstand my training and light enough to comfortably move around. + Stable seat and backrest, not much noticeable woble even in incline positions. + Decline position is also good. + Leg extension/curl attachment is suprisingly good. + Backrest feels nice and is wide so feels stable to do flat bench. Negatives: - The height. I measured it to be about 48cm from floor to the top of the back rest when bench is set to flat. In fitshop and in Force USA sites it is claimed to be 45cm, and that is false. I'm 175cm, and for me the height of this bench is just a tad too much to plant my feet optimaly on the ground. Optimal bench heigh for most people is said to be around 43cm-45cm, and those few extra cm's make a huge difference. - The vinyl. The vinyl on everything feels cheap and my guess is, that if something gives out on this bench, it is the vinyl. All in all I'm happy with the purchase and especially like the leg attachment, the easy adjustability of the bench and how easy it is to move around. Good value, good bench. Could be great if the height actually is what is claimed and if the vinyl would be better, then I would give it at least 4.5/5 stars, now we have to settle for three star review.... [Read more]
